Marine and Civil Works including 70,000m3 golf course irrigation lake, 1.2km of beach replacement, 45,000m3 Marina excavation, supply of 6,000 tonnes of feature boulders, 18km of resort roading, 2,000m of stormwater culverts and 50,000m3 of excavation and fill for open grass areas.
Provision of three small excavators, trucks, loaders and materials for the soft landscape construction under the direction of Boyds Bay Garden World.
Demolition of over 30 existing and temporary buildings, and removal / disposal of the demolition waste.
Overwater Villas waterfront lagoon construction and ,construction of a 1,200m2 man-made island including geotextile and rock revetment and sand beach construction completely isolated offshore and services / constructed using excavators, dumps trucks, bulldozer and barge.
Final shape and clean-up following demob. of builders and other contractors.
